Please keep in mind the following items:

1) Signings have been taking on average one(1) hour +  Some have taken longer upto approximately two hours. We have had some peak times that caused a back log but in general the time has been around an hour.

2) The times will be driven by how many people show up. I would like to request that you pick maybe an odd time to come. If all our folks show up at the beginning of the signing we will "swamp" our partners and it will take longer. So bear with us. They have a very large staff but we are a big crowd.

3) If you do have to wait, this is a GREAT time to meet your neighbors. There will be other folks from your street, HOA and groups there with you. Go over and introduce yourselves. You do have more in common that just the gas lease!

4) Consider bringing a book or magazine in case there is a wait. 

5) As a reminder you might want to bring your TAD tax receipt that reflects your acreage. Bring a survey if you believe that TAD does not accurately reflect your land size.

6) Please note if the street in front of or around your property is wider than a normal city street, then measure the distance to the center of the street. (As a reminder please make sure there are NO cars in the street when you walk to the center of the road.)
